With how busy Chris has been with the fellowship and my inability to get out and do more activities we have been rather lax in the racing and competing area. It is unfortunate that we haven't been able to take more advantage of the year-round warm weather. Without much in the way of training Chris took on a pretty tough mountain bike race. From the wife point of view Chris pretty much tore-it-up!
I liked seeing this little girl on her bike. It doesn't have any pedals so in Fred-Flinstone style she just pushed with her feet to get around. Following the adult races there was a kids race so there were a few of these little bikes scrambling around. I had visions of Baby Girl Bell doing this same thing a few years from now.

That's great he was able to ride again! Doing what he does best! or one of the many things he does best :) Miss you guys!
Chris you look like a pro! We tried out one of those pedal-less bikes with Jane and she wasn't into it at all. However, I think it's because Jesse pushed her too early and she saw all the other kids in our neighborhood riding bikes with pedals. Nonetheless, we took that back and got the real deal. I'm giving you this info since I know you'll be in the same boat as us sooner than you think :)
Chris, you can never lose your groove...you're Chris!!
We have one of those Skuut bikes too (and a trike) and they are STILL too big for Maria to be able to stand or pedal on, but she looooves to be pushed around on both of them. Soon you will be there!
