Every new parent knows how amazing it is when their kid starts to smile back at them (and not just when they are moving stuff into their diaper). Here I am trying to get Emi to smile at me, which she does, but then becomes much more interested in the mirrors on the wall behind me.

She is so cute and seems so alert...funny because your next post shows her sleeping! She is changing every time I see a new picture. Oh, she is beautiful and it looks like you are both very happy to have her as part of your world (a big part!).
